Ian Maute, Director of Development at BCHF, gave a tour to the Ohio Treasurer of State and the Neighborhood Housing Partnership of Greater Springfield of a few BCHF properties in Springfield, OH. They visited the Springfield Community Garden Apartments and discussed creating affordable housing in the area.
