We are honored to announce that Buckeye Community Hope Foundation has been named the 2025 recipient of the William J. Graves Award for Housing Excellence by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) and OCCH.
The award was presented on November 12, 2025, during the Ohio Housing Conference in Columbus, recognizing our organization’s contributions to developing affordable housing opportunities throughout Ohio, the Appalachian region, and the Midwest.
The William J. Graves Award is presented annually in honor of William J. Graves, a former OHFA Board member who dedicated his life to creating safe, quality affordable housing throughout Ohio. The award recognizes organizations that share his commitment to strengthening communities and providing critical resources to address housing needs across the state.
This recognition celebrates our work in not only developing affordable housing but also providing essential support services to the residents of our developments. Our holistic approach ensures that families and individuals have access to both quality housing and the resources they need to thrive in their communities. This award inspires us to continue our mission of creating sustainable, affordable housing solutions and supporting the communities we serve.
