This session dives into the first strategy, exploring how to manage and repair our ruptured attention spans in a high-distraction world. We will study the science of attention and strategies for improvement. Participants will learn techniques to build stronger attention skills in their students and how to create a classroom culture of deep focus. Everyone is welcome to join this session, even if you have not attended previous book study meetings!
