DESCRIPTION:How do we take the lessons learned this year and turn them into a blueprint for future success? In our final session\, we’ll focus on the “reflective practitioner” model-analyzing student growth and evaluating the impact of the new strategies we’ve implemented. We’ll spend time curating our best resources and refining units for next year while the experience is still fresh. You’ll leave with a streamlined digital “toolbox” and a clear vision for your professional growth. We will conclude our year-long journey with a final networked improvement community to celebrate our wins\, troubleshoot final hurdles\, and solidify the professional bonds we’ve built.
