DESCRIPTION:Tackle a professional development experience to refresh your teaching during the holidays! This asynchronous learning session will explore the psychology of learning and what makes learning “stick” for students. Are you tired of students who do not remember their basic math facts? Or the steps in doing a scientific experiment? This video-based learning experience will help you as a teacher use effective brain-based principles of spaced practice\, rest and refresh\, and connected experiences. Work at your own pace to enhance your learning and see results in your classroom! Registration closes November 25\, after which participants may view course videos and complete course products. Products are due January 5\, 2026.
